Bringing an esoteric dimension to the bundle, Glass & Steel offers hypnotic tuned percussion, featuring ‘found’ sound objects presented in our eDNA interface. Finally, Originals Rare Flutes provides a rich and artisanal collection of extraordinary flutes sourced from around the world, performed by renowned flautist Andy Findon. From the warm, breathy tones of the Bansuri to the expressive character of the Chinese bamboo flute, this library adds a deeply organic and evocative quality to any composition.

Glass & Steel
Discover Spitfire's secret weapon — a collection of tuned percussion sounds created from 'found' glass, metal and china, morphed, warped and sequenced into metallic hits, rhythmic tension beds, distorted sub basses and epic, shimmering pads. Presented in our versatile eDNA interface for instant playability and inspiration, we also give you 235 presets, designed to inspire and take your compositions to new places.
Spitfire Solo Violin
Our most detailed and advanced solo violin to date has been performed by world-renowned virtuoso concert violinist Jack Liebeck in The Hall at AIR Studios. It contains all of the techniques you need to create an ultra realistic solo performance, including five different types of true legato — fingered legato, bowed legato and portamento legato, runs and arpeggios. It also features spiccato, staccato, tremolo, trills, molto vibrato, progressive vibrato and non vibrato — all combined together to enable musical phrasing without the need for key-switching, and programmed to react to playing speed and touch.
Originals Rare Flutes
Originals Rare Flutes bestows an extraordinary collection of flutes, sourced from all over the globe, performed by world renowned flautist, Andy Findon. This library contains woodwinds, such as the Bansuri and Chinese bamboo flute, to add a unique palette to your compositions. Delicate and exquisite, these artisanal instruments were purposefully recorded dry in order to allow more control over the sound.
